Today there a big protest against Israel in my city. Couple of thousand people on the streets. No violence, everything seemed peaceful. (According to my outside observation and people I spoke with who attended.) On my way back home there was a counter protest with some Israel flags, some even in LGBTQ colors. Not even a hundred people attended in total.

Did a DIY bikefit since I have two cameras right now to take a series of pictures from different angles simultaneously. Then I just drew some lines on them and consulted a few bike fit blogs and YouTubers. Adapted my gravel bike's saddle by about a centimeter(!) and I'm 5km/h faster without effort at while doing the same watts. Feeling more agile, faster overall, my lower back is no longer slightly crunched (lacking a better term). Feels like a new bike.

Is anyone sleeping in a futon bed? Care to share your experience? I tried all common mattresses from various vendors and materials except for latex and futon (and I'm not interested in water beds). They all end up being too soft for me (~85kg) causing my back to be in uncomfortable positions over night.

Both of my parents depend on the German pension scheme. If they ever require DigitalID for continued payouts, it'll be game of over for them. My stupid fiat bank now enforces facial biometrics + visual ID presentation to be able to use their app on a new device, denying my access to my money without offering any alternative options. Glad it's just a couple of hundred EUR shitcoins. Meanwhile people are cheering Apple for rolling out support for storing your government IDs in their wallet. I don't expect a lot of resistance to the Digital ID scheme. Most will comply.
