I buy $3 of bitcoin every day on Strike (along with a weekly DCA on River and Swan). Something about seeing daily sats incoming is motivating.

“Remember all the fighting and drama around the 2008 bank bailouts and Occupy Wall Street? That was all because of ~$1T. We just added that in a month and nobody made a peep.”

I have zero interest in signing up for another social network. It’s either Nostr (the future) or nothing.
Losing SMTP to big tech sucked. I wish it was possible for plebs to run their own email server at home.
Fees down today so did a UTXO consolidation
Apple should be planning a Nostr.iCloud.com relay.
I’ve yet to meet anyone who’s spent 50 hours studying bitcoin and doesn’t get it. Even those that don’t - it’s largely because they have a motive for not getting it publicly (alt-coiner).
Current book.
Can Strike or Cash app generate addresses that live on a Nostr profile?
Silo on Apple TV+ was absolutely fantastic. I’m going to read the books now.
New Indiana movie is pretty solid.
I am not prepared for Ted Lasso to end.
Who’s gonna be at the Toxic Happy hour tonight?
Money that is limited in supply, can be sent anywhere in the world for almost no cost, and not controlled by any single person or country.
What a novel idea.
Can’t believe bitcoin back under 27k. Bought 465k sats just now to celebrate.
Finally getting TSA precheck done this week. Time = most valuable asset.
Yes son, there were apps that gave away free sats every day. It was glorious.
I causally dropped bitcoin into a conversation with another family at my kid’s school during pickup time. They started asking questions about what give it value, etc (in a very genuine way). I discussed energy to product, etc. I then asked - what gives the dollar value? They said, well it’s backed by gold and silver. I wonder how many people don’t understand what happened in 1971?
