Pro Tip: You never have to worry about a compromised bank debit card breaking you if you dont keep money in that account. We recently took a couple of trips to east Texas and after the second one I got 2 separate notifications with a code to access the card that was fully in my wallet and I hadn't used. I kept an eye on our bank account for the next few days. I saw 2 transactions for $0.00 a couple days later and called to cancel that card. The call center person told me that at least one of those transactions was for $1500. That account had around $7 in it when they tried that so thankfully both transactions declined. I canceled that card and have received a new one. Just watch your money, friends. Someone else always thinks they deserve it more than you.
