You guys know that strong friend of yours? The one always checking on everyone, making sure everyone has an ear or shoulder when they need it? Check on that friend. They're struggling more than you will ever know; more than they'll ever let you know. And don't come at them with some weak "if you need to talk..." Give them that real real like they give you. "Hey friend. I know it's hard being the rock. Let me get you a coffee, beer, sandwich and we'll share that rock's weight for a bit."
