So happy to see this 30 story tower back up in my city’s development approval pipeline. It’s going to have more plants than any other building in Australia and “2 Full-time building landscape specialists supported by 2 landscape apprentices, working solely on Urban Forest providing approx. 4900 hours of labour & care each. A landscaping budget of $423,572.66 each year.” I wish I could afford to live there.

If you’re beta reading chapters and it feels AI generated but you’re only 95% sure, how do you nicely tell the author? (I don’t know the author, but they’ve been friendly and polite)
