Question from a friend who’s not yet on NOSTR but knows.. asked me for the BTC and Nostr community. They have a stack which 50% of it would be okay for a deposit on a median house down here in the global south. They currently renting (includes food) and there is no pressure to move. Take into consideration that houses in this place have gone backwards in real purchasing vs USD and fucked in BTC terms.. Median house here is 0.75BTC… Now does one buy it knowing what one knows about BTC or carry on stacking with the difference between rent and a mortgage and all the other shit that comes with it..
