One block every 10 min and for each block 1 push up, 1 crunch and 1 squat!
✅ 144 Push-ups
✅ 144 Squats
✅ 144 Crunches
I did my workout also yesterday! 💪
In three days will be the next difficulty adjustment.
I think will try to add 14 pull ups and look for some variations of the other exercises.

I was playing volleyball today after work so I had thoughts of skipping it today because it was also already late, but I just finished the workout! 💪
Beside the volatility of the btc price I can literally really feel the constant heart beat of the #Bitcoin #blockchain! 😅

In one week there will be the next difficulty adjustment in the blockchain!
I did my workout also yesterday but I was to lazy to post something!
I think my body improved already and I can see changes! Feels good though! I am thinking to continue the challenge but do the push ups just every second day so training will be more efficient with some recovery.
On the other day I want to do something for my Bizeps.. Maybe pull-ups? For sure it want be 144! 😂😂

Today it was easier again. But I feel the workout would be probably more efficient with a da break between to recover! 😅
I made a video but still can't upload the file even though I tried to smaller it😥
Finally I managed to make a video!😅

I had a little struggling this morning because I was out and had some beer! 😬

I also feel more comfortable with the workout, since I have more core stability during the exercises.
Tomorrow I try to post a video! The camera setup is prepared but I am shy for the camera! 😜
