Good morning nostr! Day 12 of the #proofofwork and #blocksport challenge! One block every 10 min and for each block 1 push up, 1 crunch and 1 squat! ✅ 144 Push-ups ✅ 144 Squats ✅ 144 Crunches I did my workout also yesterday! 💪 In three days will be the next difficulty adjustment. Guys I am still with you! Day 8 of the #proofofwork and #blocksport challenge! One block every 10 min and for each block 1 push up, 1 crunch and 1 squat! ✅ 144 Push-ups ✅ 144 Squats ✅ 144 Crunches In one week there will be the next difficulty adjustment in the blockchain! I did my workout also yesterday but I was to lazy to post something! I think my body improved already and I can see changes! Feels good though! I am thinking to continue the challenge but do the push ups just every second day so training will be more efficient with some recovery. On the other day I want to do something for my Bizeps.. Day 6 of the #blocksport challenge with @Saidah - Ask a Bitcoiner 21 Questions ! 144 reps day of Push-ups, Crunches, Squats! Today it was easier again. But I feel the workout would be probably more efficient with a da break between to recover! 😅 I made a video but still can't upload the file even though I tried to smaller it😥

Finally I managed to make a video!😅 Day 5 of the #proofofwork #blocksport challenge! ✅ 144 Push-ups ✅ 144 Squats ✅ 144 Crunches (for each block mined in the #bitcoin blockchain one rep ~ 144 a day) I had a little struggling this morning because I was out and had some beer! 😬 But like Jerome Powell would say: until the job is done! 😜 #plebchain #grownostr #nostr

Day 4 of the #proofofwork #blocksport challenge! Every 10 min one block ~ 144 blocks a day Daily Challenge: 🏅 144 Push-ups 🥇 144 Crunches 🎖️ 144 Squats Mission for the day accomplished!👌 I also feel more comfortable with the workout, since I have more core stability during the exercises. Tomorrow I try to post a video! The camera setup is prepared but I am shy for the camera! 😜 Keep it up @Saidah - Ask a Bitcoiner 21 Questions ! I am happy that we started this!

#blocksport Day 2 almost accomplished!😅 Workout Challenge combined with the #Bitcoin heartbeat! 🧡 ~ 144 Blocks a day (every 10 min) Goal: 1 Push up, 1 Crunch, 1 Squat each Block! 💪 144 Push ups! 🫄 144 Crunches! 🦵 144 Squats! The challenge goes till the next difficulty adjustment. I struggle the most with push ups but I split the workout in a morning and short afternoon session to get the job done! I am happy that @Saidah - Ask a Bitcoiner 21 Questions is in! That pushes a lot! Who else is in!? #plebchain #Nostr #grownostr
