What: Every ~ 10 minutes a new block is mined, ~ 144 blocks / day.
β‘οΈ For every block, do 1 squat, 1 push-up, 1 crunch.

Duration: 4032 blocks, beginning at the next difficulty adjustment on ~ Wed. June 28.
β‘οΈ The challenge will either increase or decrease in difficulty midway (after the 2016th block) in alignment with the mining difficulty adjustment.

How to participate: Do 1 squat, 1 push-up, 1 crunch for every block.
