I believe Israel has all but destroyed the meaning of anti-Semitism. They’ve weaponized the term - twisting it from a shield against hate into a smokescreen for power. It no longer protects the vulnerable. It protects a regime from accountability. Now, when people watch the daily broadcast of genocide in Gaza - babies burned alive, families starved, entire neighborhoods reduced to ash - they are forced into a grotesque moral dilemma: Do they name what they see - a genocide - and risk being labeled an anti-Semite, a terrorist sympathizer, an enemy of the “civilized” world? Or do they stay silent, play it safe, and deny what their eyes can no longer unsee? The righteous - the sane, the human - choose truth. They risk the labels. Because they would rather stand with the victims than side with the butchers. They choose to stand on the right side of history - not with the powerful, but with the powerless. Not with the narrative, but with reality. And the reality is this: What is unfolding in Gaza is genocide. Undeniable. Systematic. Broadcast in real time. To not call it by its name is to become complicit. History will not be kind to those who looked away.

Beautiful words: I wish children didn’t die. I wish they would be temporarily elevated to the skies until the war ends. Then they would return home safe, and when their parents would ask them: “where were you?”, they would say: “we were playing in the clouds”. — Ghassan Kanafani, Palestinian writer murdered by Israel

Treat yourself good every now and then - not as a reward for surviving the grind, but as a quiet act of resistance. This world runs on depletion. Productivity is praised, exhaustion is normalized, and rest is rationed like contraband. In that system, even small acts of self-kindness become subversive. To treat yourself is not indulgence - it is a reclaiming of time, of dignity, of presence. A walk with no destination. A meal made with care. An hour offline. A moment of silence not filled with noise or purpose. These are not escapes. They are reminders: you are not a machine. You are a being with tides and textures, needs and nuance. You are allowed joy. You are allowed softness. You are allowed to be whole. So yes—treat yourself. Not just when you’ve earned it, but because you exist. Because to care for yourself, even briefly, is to whisper into the void: I am still human. image

I saw the image. I read the names. Nine children. Dr. Alaa al-Najjar’s children. Killed while she was on duty, trying to save lives. She received them in body bags. Torn apart. That’s the world we live in now. And I can’t stay silent. I won’t act like this isn’t happening. Because it is happening. Right now. In real time. A genocide of children - broadcasted 24/7. And the world scrolls past. This isn’t just violence. It’s the destruction of harmony. A shattering of what it means to be human. And it’s getting harder to hold on. To create. To believe. But I’m still here. I still care. I still feel this. And I need to say that. I need to put it down somewhere permanent. That’s why I’m writing this here. On Nostr. Because one day, everything else might be gone, deleted, censored, buried. But this… this will stay. On the chain. On the record. This is my proof that I didn’t turn away. That I witnessed. That I grieved. That I resisted. And that’s why I believe Bitcoin and Nostr matter. Not just for freedom. Not just for sovereignty. But for memory. We need permanence. We need a way to remember. Because if we don’t, the children will be erased twice - once from the world, and once from history. I refuse to let that happen. This is my timestamp. This is my heartbeat, on-chain.
