Very applicable to Core vs Knots discussion...and was done in 2024. Don't be messing with Layer One. Fix bugs...get a headstart on addressing quantum computing. Do not develop for the sake of developing - and I WAS a software architect/developer for my career. One product/protocol does NOT need to be the "be all, end all" that solves all problems. Yeah, we can't censor who gets access to the protocol or gets into a block...but do not go out of your way to enable the frivolous or spammy.

I know, I'm being selfish...I have no leftover fiat to buy cheap sats, and I'm ready for a steadily increasing adoption. Since most of my sats are in retirement accounts, I still can't really touch them for a couple years, but I do plan on CONTINUING to live on a bitcoin standard...but perhaps not as frugally? Although I am seriously thinking of going the loan route to reduce the tax burden.

We homeschooled…while still paying all those school taxes. Now one daughter is homeschooling our grandkids…and the other daughter intends to do the same as she is starting her family.

Umm - my house insurance went up 44% since last year. Prior to that, my cabin insurance went up 70% two years in a row…and then about 40%.
