all beliefs are limitations in some way. how will you let go of the limitations you have set for yourself?

the subject-object split is a myth.

Will changes thought into energy. Hence willpower.

Meditation is the password to the soul.

the choice for peace is ultimately the choice against our separated self.

your mind has the power to choose peace instead of conflict. in fact, that is the only choice you make every second of the day.

you need nothing, for there is no lack in you.

dont merely believe something because someone said it or tried to convince you it is true. examine it for yourself. think. reflect. go within.

where fear has gone, there love must come.

my answer to why we are here (as bodies, in this world) is this: I caused the dream and can accept another dream as well.

Everyone tries to find Love where it cannot be found — outside themselves. Go within.

this is me, in the middle of the hardest thing ive ever done in my life: running 200 miles. im a simple person & if you doubt whether you can do something i have news for you: you can. despite all odds, i finished the 200 miles within the maximum time. you can finish what seems like an impossible task. put one foot in front of the other, like i did.

when you look within, you may be surprised by what you see.

It’s worth repeating over and again: You are completely safe, loved, secure, without limits of any kind & without condemnation. You are invulnerable, immortal, innocent, pure, and perfect spirit. You were made this way and will remain so forever. Let it sink in, reflect on it, & know your body & current circumstances have nothing to do with your eternal nature. #spirituality #identity #reality #truth

If you are looking to “be” something, then be uncompromising in what you do and say. this doesnt mean dont be compassionate, loving, and kind, but rather seek for consistency and omit your half-measures.
