I have some thoughts. V4V music doesnt need to become entirely nostr native. But nostr certainly brings two massive upgrades to the ecosystem and that deserves respect and consideration of their users' needs imo. 1. Nostr brings digital identity. We in PC2.0 push boosts and read all the boostagrams. Nostr integration gives us verifiable proof the boost came from who they say they are 2. Nostr provides a "third party" common space where discussions can be discussed out in the open without invitation. Yes ICQ exists but that requires finding the channel and being on when discussions are being made (yes various clients have options but chats are generally ephemeral). Nostr let's you just fiscuss out in the open.
