remember the yarn that was too thick for mitts? I'm making a pair of spiral socks instead! they're gonna be so cozy 🥰 when I learned about this unique sock construction, I had to give it a try. it uses spiral ribbing to hug the heel and can be put on in any direction so it wears evenly. #yarnstr #knitting

it's kinda crazy to think that I'm 1 million sats away from my dream knitting machine. Selling my handmade socks and hats over the last few years have slowly been getting me there. maybe in the near future, I'll be able to get back to work. About 28 more pairs of socks!

after I finished knitting this mitt, it felt all wrong. The heavier weight yarn isn't suitable and makes the mitt feel very clunky. I'll be unravelling and starting anew. Not sure what to make with this aran weight yarn. it isn't what I typically use. #knitting #yarnstr
