we went to visit with our lactation consultant today. she guided us on how to do the tandem football position so now I can feed both babies at the same time.

hooray! a milestone for churro and falco! they're are back up to their birth weight. we supplemented a little formula but since we've been out of the hospital it's been nonstop breastfeeding. #momstr

there's two play structures at this park. one for big kids and one for little kids. I don't understand why this dad insists on playing on the little kids structure with his elementary and pre-teen kids 😮‍💨 the dad is climbing all over the structure as well. They're playing some kind of tag parkour game. Do I have my panties in a bunch or are they inconsiderate?

took the babies out for a picnic today. it's good to get some fresh air and sunshine.
