Starting to think keeping it single sig is the way to go?

I started with a ledger, as soon as they had back door issues with their wallet, I ditched it immediately. At this point, anyone still considering using their cold cards or wanting to, well, that’s on you. I personally wouldn’t think twice about taking a hammer to it and buying a new wallet of choice. Cold card will never get my business even if they did make it right with all the affected users. Which I hope they do, but I’m not sure they will. Why take a chance on continuing to use a cold wallet knowing your life savings could be wiped out? Not trying to be salesman for other wallet companies, but I’ve already seen too many posts on here from people wanting to continue to use their CC if they roll some dice. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’ve never really trusted anyone in my lifetime and have kept my circle very small over the years. The only people I trust are my kids and my Wife. With everything going on with cold card fiasco, I’ve been pondering, do I just sell all my corn and go back to fiat knowing full well how that system works? Knowing you can’t trust that system and that’s the reason you own bitcoin in the first place. Or just continue holding and taking my chances in this new system knowing full well there’s bad actors in this space as well? What wallet is next? Trezor, bitkey, jade etc. Very hard to trust anything anymore, not sure what to think. Stay vigilant folks

Finally sat down on the couch to end the day and watch the red glow from the sun fade into the night. ✔️Garden heavily watered ✔️cold plunge today in my kids pool at 70 degrees, not really cold I know, but it’s a start ✔️picked up stone samples and met with potential client ✔️drowned more Japanese beetles from my fruit trees ✔️organized at the side of the shop, it’s an annual event ✔️argued with the wife about how it should be organized ✔️hung garlic out to dry Not a bad day at all 🤙🏼😴

Good morning ☕️🌅 Going to be another hot one, and with all the wildfires in the north, I can already smell the smoke in the south. Not sure what I’ll get done today, might just be a good day to hang out in the basement. 🥶 At least I got all the plants watered.

That should fix the little buggers/birds from stealing my strawberries! Put hinges on this one so it’s easier to pluck my berries as the previous cage wasn’t built right. I also embedded 2x10’s into the ground so if anything does decide to dig under, they’ll be working for it. #gardening #grownostr #homestead

Greenhouse is coming along slowly, need to find some sort of an old vintage dresser for a work station now. Also need to line the bottom of the beds with some landscape fabric and then fill them up 🤪 Even though the apple tree has CAR, it’s still produced one honeycrisp apple so far. I’ll have to spray the tree next spring. Potatoes are absolutely rockin this year! Around 3’ tall or so and just about to start flowering.

Good morning ☕️☀️ Thought I’d share this, it’s an incredible little log house. I used to maintain Ron’s property years ago. He had shitty kids and always wanted this place to be designated as some sort of a museum instead of passing it down to them. So not sure why everything has been auctioned off and now the house is for sale for $1.8M. Ron decided to give my wife and I a tour of place one day, and it’s like we stepped into a time capsule! It was unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. Now the house is staged and it looks absolutely horrible compared to what it was.
