Morning☕️ Any real estate gurus here? I’m thinking housing is going to drop in fiat over the coming years in Ontario and most likely all of Canada. Just my thoughts though. Im wondering if we should sell our house now while it’s still a higher price? In my area, there’s LOTS of homes for sale right now, it’s basically a buyers market, most likely due to people that bought pre “covid” and their renewals have come up at a much higher interest rate. I personally think the housing bull run is over, but I certainly don’t have a crystal ball. If prices in fiat are going to continue falling, I’d prefer to sell now. But what if prices do go back up in about a year or so? Not sure what to do here. #asknostr #coffeechain #plebchain
