@Alice There is a guy over on the fediverse who was working on a decentralized forum software. I'm not sure how far along he is with it.

Finished up a book called When You Find My Body about a woman who got lost off the Appalachian Trail not too long ago and it really made me think about my hiking safety. I don’t go on hikes longer than a few hours but I’ve decided to start making sure I have some stuff in my backpack and so I’ve added a whistle, signal mirror, and first aid kit. The only thing I really need to decide on now is a compass to carry with me.

I didn’t know there were volcanoes in Arizona. That’s wild.

I was just watching a video of the best places to live in each state to be away from people and I’m definitely feeling like the panhandle of Nebraska is for me.
