the reality of secret courts is that they're just gossip mills for people who are contemplating ways to inflict extrajudicial retributions and reprisals against dissent, and out of the public's view, so that we cannot affect the outcome, which is almost never legal nor justified.
the market has to decide what the best path forward is for money and freedom – as this is civilizationally necessary to achieve, if only to prove to ourselves that we are capable of it – and Bitcoin exists in the primordial intersection between the past and the future with that unmistakable X factor.
