Oh dear, oh dear Tonight we were back at O'Malley's Torni for our St. Patrick's Day gig — two singers down with colds, including me, but at least I was still good to fiddle Then, halfway through, a rather important load-bearing part of my shoulder rest snapped Never had a shoulder rest break on me in 20+ years, but today it happened, during a gig I was kind of done at that point so called it a night C'est la vie 🤷‍♀️

A month ago, my son (4) got a book about sharks for his birthday and he's memorised all the words. We read it together every night. He has a really humorous way of reading it to me too 😂 Best part of my day. He's such a treasure 🥰

Our guitarist brought cakes to the session for Women's Day 🥹 I don't remember a time we've ever had seven women present so there will surely be enough for the men too 😂 #HappyWomensDay 💐

A very wet GM from us A few years ago our front yard was dug up for a sewer renovation and this is the drainage situation they left us with. They still haven't come back to fix it 😅

GM We got a huge load of snow yesterday before it suddenly warmed up to +2°C I was startled awake at 3am this morning when this much snow slid off the roof of the house in one go. The bedroom is right under the roof so it's REALLY loud 🙉
