Being in an intercultural marriage (🇬🇧🇫🇮) is interesting because cultural differences emerge at the most surprising moments. Currently, we are planning our son's 4th birthday party in a few weeks and I thought I might make a jelly, because to me, that's the quintessential kids' party dessert. When I mentioned this to my husband, he looked at me as if I have three heads. He even asked around at his workplace and the reaction was one of confusion and disgust. Now I'm afraid no one will like it, even though it was one of my childhood favourites. Should I make it anyway? Worst-case scenario, I just eat it myself 😂

GM ☕️ A neighbour got this beautiful shot of yesterday's halo effect ✨️ I could have sworn I saw a rainbow in the sunset but I wasn't at a good angle to capture it and then it was gone. Now I know I didn't dream it 😍

Today we had this very striking sun pillar at sunset 🌅 Apparently it's caused by the sun reflecting off tiny ice crystals suspended in the air ❄️
