I was discussing trans issues with someone and they said: "But why should gender matter?" Here's the response I shared: "Gender matters because people make it matter. It's like the old "I don't see color" in regards to race... We have to, because equality does not exist yet, and people are treated differently because of their race. I still love the Anbernic RG35XX with GarlicOS but wow I find myself having to write a bunch of scripts to run on the device to fix things that go wrong... My wife walked up behind me and saw my browser... Wife: I thought you were done using Reddit. Me: What!? Yeah, no... I am. This is from a search result in a private browser window. It's a "read only" mode since I won't log in or interact besides grabbing info I need and then getting out of there quickly. I hate that there's just some info you can still only (easily) find on Reddit.
