PyBLØCK ᛒ iOS 1.3 (232) is out • Chain-only mode syncs again: the network's nodes now serve recent blocks only to light clients that say they follow the BLAKE2b rules, and the app now says so. • Rewards mined between 973,440 and 979,918 keep their 6,480-block lock: the wallet counts down to the block where the network really passes the spend on. PyBLØCK ᛒ Android 1.3.1 (202) is out • Chain-only mode syncs again. • After the network upgrade, nodes share recent blocks only with light clients that say they follow the BLAKE2b rules; the app now says so, so chain-only wallets catch up to the tip instead of stopping at the upgrade height. • Rewards mined between 973,440 and 979,918 keep their 6,480-block lock: the wallet now counts down to the block where the network will really pass the spend on, instead of showing them free at block 979,920. PATUM 0.5.7 is out • After Update node, your node now announces the Bitcoin Knots version it really runs: the user agent line in bitcoin.conf is refreshed on every node update and check, and the panel reads the version from the node itself. • Before, a node updated to 29.4.3 could keep saying 29.4.2 and the panel kept asking to update. PATUM Node StartOS 1.0.5 is out • PATUM (Knots) 1.0.5 (renamed from PATUM Node): Bitcoin Knots 29.4.3 (knots20260508, the official release, signature and checksum verified at build time), the release that enforces the rolling ~180-day coinbase maturity from block 979,919. • Update before block 980,020: after that a node on 29.4.2 accepts spends that 29.4.3 rejects, and a block built on it can be lost. • Same node policy as before (blockreservedweight=60000, no OP_RETURN data, no bare multisig, tokens and parasites rejected); the health check now reports Knots older than 29.4.3. PATUM 0.5.6 is out • Bitcoin Knots 29.4.3: the release that enforces the rolling coinbase maturity from block 979,919. • If your node runs 29.4.2, update it before block 980,020 (Update node in the panel, or patum -update): after that a 29.4.2 node accepts spends that 29.4.3 rejects, and a block built on it can be lost. PATUM Node Umbrel 1.0.4 is out • Required update before block 979,919: Bitcoin Knots 29.4.3 (final). • From block 979,919 each new coinbase matures on its own after 25,920 blocks (~180 days); coinbases mined between 973,440 and 979,918 still unlock at block 979,920. • A node still on 29.4.2 would follow a different rule after that block, so update now. • Knots has not published 29.4.3 binaries yet, so PyBLOCK built them from Luke Dashjr's signed v29.4.3 tag (tests, symbol and security checks passed). • Same data and settings: nothing else to do. PyBLØCK ᛒ Android 1.3 (190) is out • Mined rewards follow the network's final rule: from block 979,919 each new reward unlocks on its own after about 180 days (25,920 blocks). • Each locked reward now shows its own unlock block and a progress bar. • Rewards mined between 973,440 and 979,918 still unlock at block 979,920. • Lightning: SEE ALL now loads your whole payment history, page by page, and a slow connection no longer empties the list. • Recent activity shows the last 10 payments. Laguz Umbrel 0.1.11 is out • Fix for the first setup: the first start can take a few minutes (creating or restoring your node wallet, or waiting for the Bitcoin node), and the setup screen gave up after 30 seconds; trying again then failed with "app is busy". • Now the screen waits and shows what it is doing. • Also in this version: restore from your 24-word recovery phrase (with your channel.backup for the funds in channels) and wumbo channels up to 1 XBT. • Same channels, same data: nothing to do. Laguz Umbrel 0.1.10 is out • Restore from your 24-word recovery phrase works again: on a fresh install, Advanced Setup → "Restore from 24-word Recovery Phrase" brings back your node and its on-chain balance, and with your channel.backup file the funds that were in channels too. • Bigger channels: Laguz now accepts and opens channels above 16,777,215 sats (wumbo) with nodes that allow them too, up to 1 XBT per channel. • Same channels, same data: nothing to do. Laguz Hub StartOS 0.1.10 is out • The restore entry in Advanced Setup is fixed. • Laguz no longer offers the 12-word phrase of other wallets; on StartOS your node wallet belongs to the Lightning Fork package, so Laguz explains that the 24 words are restored there. • Laguz always uses its lnd backend. • Same data, nothing to do.
