Some bitcoiners: "Bitcoin's consensus is what keeps the system resistant to attacks! Changing the rules requires overwhelming agreement"
Also, mysteriously, the same bitcoiners: "If my emotional laahing out about things I don't like can't change consensus, then bitcoin is DEAD. It shall be overrun by degenerates and be dragged into HELL."

Bitcoin hedge wizard. Do not consult me unless as a last resort.
Personally can't wait to see how all these BIP-110 influencer-types cope when they realize they've immolated their bitcoin reputations. They basically zotted their Pokémon game and have to start from Pallet Town.
The fact that Strategy hodl'd all the way deep into 2026 is still kinda impressive in its own right.
Jon Atack's interview on Bitcoin Infinity show is good. Here you have a core dev who has an incredibly gracious, measured, sane explanation of people he disagrees with. Just a dude with first-hand experience with Core, who disagrees with Core's direction, but won't descend into apoplectics, conspiracy-mongering, or name-calling.

The Venn diagram of self-respecting bitcoiners and Donald Trump supporters is now two completely separate circles.

Evil Dead Burn is like a high budget horror genre "The Room". Nothing about these people or their behavior or their circumstances makes any goddamned sense. It's cpmplete slop.
Can someone explain to me why a soft fork is worth making inscriptions 1% more expensive.
5 minutes into using Radar, and I have broken it to the point that it will no longer open. This thing isn't prime time yet.
Oooh new Fief. #dungeonsynth
Hosting e-commerce with bitcoin is actually so hard and expensive, it's stupid.
"Just integrate BTCPayServer with Shopify!"
Shopify: $40/month minimum. Customization of the template adds greater upfront cost.
BTCPayServer: Requires bitcoin full node, a lightning node, an NBXplorer indexer, and a place to host. Most people just lease a lightning node in the cloud, like with LunaNode, which is like an $20 a month and you STILL have to manage channels and liquidity.
This is insane. Why the fuck is it like this. It's like we've been making internet native currency work like shit. On the internet. As currency.
On-chain enjoyooors: Let's make bitcoin simple and accessible to everyone by giving them a static on-chain address Day 1 on nostr!
