I use #Bitcoin for everything because, so far, it’s the only thing that truly works as real money and that I can store myself. It doesn’t depend on any politician, I don’t need anyone’s permission, and no one can threaten me by freezing my accounts. I am freer.

I posted the same picture on Twitter, Threads, and obviously here on Nostr. On Nostr, I got likes and zaps. On Twitter, likes and a few nice comments, so not bad—though some people slid into my DMs trying to give me orders. On Threads, someone called me an incel, another told me to ditch the second screen, and others said I was fake. Nostr still has the best people. #nostr #grownostr
I stopped using Copilot; not even the paid version convinced me with its autocomplete. Much of what it suggests isn't really helpful, and it was actually less time-consuming for me to just not use it. I used to use SuperMaven before, and I went back to it. It’s still the best in autocomplete, and the paid version is much more worth it.
I set up a notebook I use to turn it into a bullet journal, not only did I complete my tasks for today, but I also finished work on time, went for a walk, listened to music, read for a while, and now I don’t know what else to do with this time. I turned into a Sim with no tasks, haha. #nostr #grownostr #development image
A recap of everything my year has been (just professionally): I’m working on projects I truly enjoy, where I feel I’m making a real contribution. I gave talks I never expected to give, won not one but three hackathons, accomplished so many things, and learned a lot. I genuinely feel like I’ve grown without planning it. This coming year, I’ll achieve even more and do it better because now I’m focused and know the path to follow. (Yep, I participated in shitcoin hackathons, don’t judge me, there are no Bitcoin ones here. But this year, I’ll definitely go to a Bitcoin one)
Even when "expert" friends in a certain topic share information, make sure to do your own research. It's inevitable for opinions or personal preferences to bias the information, so it's always better to investigate on your own and form your own opinion.
Everyone claims to love freedom of speech on social media until they come across opinions they disagree with or dislike—then they start calling for censorship zzzzzzz
