Day 25 sober. Rolling through to 4 weeks.
Pay attention to the compounding effect of good habits as well as bad habits.
I do a good job for you, you tell your friends, I get more work.
I’m respectful to you, you introduce me to people. Opportunities arise.
Likewise fitness, food choices, etc.
And vice versa. It’s a great way to live life - to prioritise good habits. I bounce out of bed every morning at 05:20 and am grateful to be alive and healthy. I think being off social media (ex Nostr) has really helped. A good habit.
A recent habit I introduced at the start of November was to do 50 push-ups every day. Quickly became 70+, then 100+. 21 days in I’m at 2288. That’s nearly 40 k annualised.
Small habits, big results.
Remove the imaginary ceiling above your head.
Nearly as good as mother’s milk.


Day 24 sober. Nothing stops this train!
Day 23 sober.

Day 22 sober. Not a sniff nor a thimbleful.
What is in motion will stay in motion unless exerted upon by an external force.
And I’m not taking on board any external negativity.
Day 21 sober. 3 weeks of 52 done.
Recovery fuel post 800s


Day 20 sober. Today will be 800s on the treadmill. True love/hate relationship.
Day 19 sober. Time for a morning run.
Day 18 sober.
Day 17 sober. Will be cruising up until 4th December. Dinner away with clients who like to drink.
Day 16 sober.
Nice 10 km in the bag this morning. Gorgeous by the river.
Day 15 / 365 sober
Day 14 sober. First real test tonight. First client Christmas dinner. Everyone else will be drinking. I will not.

Day 13 sober. 2 weeks coming up.
Day 12 sober. On a roll. Just need to get through these upcoming Christmas client dinners and it’s plain sailing rest of the year.
