Alcohol free beer last night while colleagues/clients drinking, but glass of red wine with my 1 kg Tomahawk…. that breaks my continuous sobriety streak. 38/39 days zero alcohol.

Day 33 sober a distant memory. Onto 34. Some chocolate with nuts yesterday so junk resets to zero. Annoying but easy fix. Day 34 / 365 sober. Day 1 / 21 no junk.

Day 32 sober in the history books. Onto 33. Been a little too laissez faire on the sugar coming into Christmas next month and of course will give myself some leeway with the family. But before that, may as well do a 21 day detox. Always feel better on zero sugar. But it’s hard. I’m an addict, despite working out and playing sport my whole life. Get through today. 1 by 1. Day 33 / 365 sober. Day 1 / 21 zero junk food.
