I can't help being disgusted by the people in power of this world. But, hatred and sadness will eat your wellbeing up if you don't direct you focus towards solutions and positives in your life. Don't be an ignorant fool, but accept the state of the world as it is and know your limits in changing it. Start by rejecting their authority (it is to be earned not enforced), take on the responsibility of you actions and gain a full sovereign spirit (treat others as you would like to be treated your self, including our common nature). That's the best we can do, for the soul. And practically: - If you have the resources, lend a hand to those in need. (not money/fiat, they have been taxed so you end up giving half of what you actually could) - Spread the word about free, "open sourced" and decentralized media. (They lose their narrative of hate, fear, war and destruction) - Use and charge in crypto and spread the word. (This will stop their debt enslavement of humanity)
