It's a psychological disorder if you know everything about something and know what should be done but do not do it. Need to fix it. Examples: - If you know how to start and run a business but not doing. - You know smoking and drinking are bad, but not stopping. - Know fiat is bad but not changing - Felling emptiness from inside but not changing way of life. Fix the root cause.
