In the last week, I've used Bitcoin at my local butcher, my barber, and I just used it to purchase a delicious juice freshly made from all kinds of wonderful ingredients. I feel empowered, and emboldened to onboard even more businesses in my local town.

I visited Copenhagen for the first time earlier this summer and while there, my wife’s and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with a really nice meal out. We raved to the waiter about the sourdough rye bread (and other courses!) and ended up getting a tub of the starter used to make the bread. The starter made it home safely (after several questions at security 😅) and yesterday I made my first load with it. So satisfyingly good! Just thought I’d share. 😋

Hung out with loads of plebs the last few days and my heart is full. And at the same time, I’m feeling great sadness for the turn our world has taken today. Two extremely different emotions felt at the same time - I won’t forget this moment.
