Just had a morning walk and now it’s time for breakfast.



I used to be convinced being #vegan is healthy.
I was wrong.
Can you overcome convictions?

It’s meat lasagna day.
1 kg of beef mince
Lots of Parmesan, mozzarella, cream, 2 eggs, prosciutto.
That’s it for the day.


I thought eating only red meat was a joke.
Then I quit my meds, ate beef and eggs and my Crohn’s vanished.
Red meat, eggs, water and salt.
Freedom.
Doctors gave me pills. The fiat food system gave me inflation.
Bitcoiners gave me the idea of carnivore.
The fear isn’t that carnivore is hard.
The fear is that it works.
Then you will have to challenge everything.
Food. Habits. Identity.
It’s not just a diet. It’s a transformation.
They said red meat would kill me.
Turns out it saved me.
2+ years carnivore. No meds. No regrets.
Just red meat, eggs, butter and sovereignity.
I didn’t heal by adding superfoods or supplements.
I healed by removing the junk.
Gluten wrecked me.
Fructose flared me up.
Emulsifiers? Don’t get me started.
Turns out, real health isn’t complicated - it’s subtraction.
