The silver lining with the Tiktok ban: a centralized, closed-source platforms that many Americans use will be annihilated from the competition that NOSTR has when it comes to adoption. Many Americans who are desperate to find a platform where one can critique the US government and its foreign "allies" WILL look to NOSTR. If anything, us NOSTR users should be very glad that Tiktok is being banned in the US, albeit for THE WRONG REASONS.
