Wtf happened 17 min ago? Lightning force close bot always seems to report that force closes happen in clumps, but this is the biggest I've seen yet. Was there a tor problem this morning? Any other explication for so many channels getting force closed at the same time?

Anyone know what happens to zaps that are somehow sent to people without zaps enabled? I'm using #amethyst and somehow it let me zap @Deleted Account
