Western culture is open source. Adopt Enlightenment values, such as individual liberty, equality under law, and freedom of expression, and you are part of it. Other cultures are closed systems. KYC is based primarily on genetics and geography. If you do not fulfill the criteria, you are excluded from the same range of cultural expression granted to the in-group.
