Volatility is natural. Nature has cycles of ups and downs. Healthy heart has cyclical variability (hrv). Flat line is unhealthy. Bitcoin volatility may be harder to work with, but it's natural, it's healthy to have ups (bulls) and downs (bears) cycles. It's stable coins like dollar and euro that are unhealthy, the signal is lost behind artificial flatline.
Finishing my 5th (last) day of fasting - strictly water only. I feel very good, no problems at all, enough energy handling kids and all. Been doing my regular yoga practice every day, some handstands, some backbends, plus a bit of strength on rings and some squatting with weights a bit. Not sure what I will start with tomorrow but there is a steak waiting for me in the fridge :)

I like Damus, but I want to participate in zapping economy. What PWA client do you recommend? It needs to be able to do picture uploads like Damus.

Entropy was always so confusing for me. This is great explanation.
Reddit and twitter limiting and restricting access. Google shutting down projects, Facebook and Instagram owning your content, Apple store and Google Play deciding what apps you can install.. People will surely understand the importance of free open tools and protocols. Right?

This was interesting. If you want to know some backstory of json vs XML and true story behind javascript.
Today’s guest is Douglas Crockford. He’s sharing the story of JSON, his discovery of JavaScript’s good parts, and his approach to finding a simple way to build software. Also, his battles against XML, against complexity, his battles to say that there’s a better way to build software.
This is foundational stuff for the web, and Doug is an iconoclast.
