Is it a thing of pride on nostr for the cool kids not to follow too many accounts, to show how exclusive they are? Isn't that legacy social media bullshit?

I guess I'm trying to pay with bitcoin from as many different merchants as possible. My latest purchase was from the @PUBKEY web store. I payed with lightning through BTCpay, and the entire process was fast and smooth. Delivery was actually as fast as Amazon Prime. I really like my hoodie:
