Bitcoin is not a panacea. However, the technologies/psycho-technologies we use have a tremendous bearing on our thinking and being in the world. So I think it’s a fundamental error to discount how much changes at the monetary layer of reality matter as a precursor to spiritual transformation. Something like bitcoin is necessary but not sufficient for this transformation.

I guess I needed a reminder about how much I despise fiat. Wise just flagged a transfer to another bank account of mine because I used the company that paid me as a reference. This company has been paying me for years into this Wise account and all of a sudden their name is a red flag. Boy, I sure do feel protected. Fuck banks.
