“I Wear Sunglasses Inside” — 10% Triple IPA Civil Society x Orchestrated Minds x 3 Sons This isn’t some overhyped, liquidity-chasing hazebro juice. This is a triple IPA with monetary policy. Hopped with nothing but Citra Incognito — pure oil extraction, no bitterness, no fluff. Mango, tangerine, pineapple. Creamy AF. No alcohol burn, no fake sweetness. Just flavor backed by real reserves. At 10% ABV, it could’ve gone full fiat — bloated, imbalanced, and forgettable. Instead, it’s structured. Intentional. Balanced like a tight block schedule and a cold wallet. You won’t find this in your run of the mill taproom or a grocery store fridge. This is for the node runners, the cold-storage stackers, the flavor maximalists. Drink local. Think long-term. No centralized flavor banks. No hop inflation. Just sound beer for sound minds. #OrangePilledPalate #TripleIPA #ProofOfWorkBrewing #HopsOverFiat #CraftSovereignty #SoundFlavor #RunYourOwnNode #DrinkYourOwnBeer image
Full disclosure I love this brewery and expect a lot out of them and they almost always deliver. Alligator Rodeo from Civil Society Brewing — a DIPA whirlpooled with Citra Incognito, dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Phantasm (powdered NZ Sauvignon Blanc grape skins). The aroma is bright with citrus and grape skin notes, and fermentation is clean. At 8.6%, it drinks lighter—like someone diluted a hard asset to fiat levels. Missing that lush, chewy body and hop saturation you expect from a true heavyweight DIPA. Phantasm and Nelson hops show up but don’t command the stage. My over critical palette values real substance over flashy numbers—this one leans too much into style over depth. Still solid and worth trying if you prefer your IPAs drier and more restrained. #NEIPA #DIPA #CraftBeerTruth image
When it comes to Orange-pilling someone it's easy to get frustrated when they don't immediately grasp the concept. But here's the thing: directly pointing out mistakes or misconceptions can lead to resistance or embarrassment. Instead of jumping in with “You’re wrong about Bitcoin because of X,” consider starting with genuine praise for what they do understand. Ask them questions that encourage deeper thought, like, “I love how you’re considering the future of money! Have you thought about how inflation impacts savings long term?” By gently guiding the conversation with empathy and understanding, you create a space for open dialogue and growth. It’s not about proving someone wrong—it’s about leading them toward the truth in a way that feels empowering, not shaming. In the end, it’s about planting seeds, not forcing them to grow. #Bitcoin image
In a world saturated with digital simulations—feeds curated by algorithms, dopamine loops engineered by ad tech, and opinions disguised as truths—sovereignty over your mind is the last frontier of freedom. The greatest threat isn’t surveillance or censorship; it’s distraction. If your attention is hijacked, your agency follows. To be truly sovereign, you must reclaim your inner citadel: the space where thoughts are yours alone, unshaped by trends, outrage cycles, or fear of missing out. Disconnect to reconnect. Not with the grid, but with yourself. Read deeply. Sit in silence. Hold a key that only you control, both digitally and mentally. Cultivate human relationships, not just networks. Your feed is not reality. Your mind is yours—guard it like your seed phrase. image
“There is no technical support for sovereignty.” - Adam Livingston
When orange-pilling someone, start not with correction, but with connection. Begin by genuinely recognizing what they’re doing well—whether it's saving diligently, questioning the system, or simply being curious. People are far more open to new ideas when they feel seen and respected, not judged or lectured. Sincere appreciation disarms defensiveness and builds trust. Once that foundation is laid, you can gently introduce areas where Bitcoin aligns with their values or solves problems they already care about. Influence isn’t about winning arguments—it's about inviting others to see what they already suspect: something’s broken, and Bitcoin might be the fix. #BTC #Bitcoin image
In a world shaped by scarcity, both the Stoic and the Bitcoiner recognize that true freedom lies not in abundance, but in disciplined choice. Fiat systems erode this discipline by distorting value, inflating supply, and encouraging moral decay, while Bitcoin, with its fixed limit of 21 million, restores clarity and demands personal responsibility. Scarcity is not a constraint to resent, but a reality to respect—it sharpens our time preference, forces intentional action, and reveals what truly matters. As the Stoic seeks virtue amid adversity, the Bitcoiner embraces sovereignty through code and conviction, understanding that while we cannot control the external world, we can master our response to it. In embracing hard money and harder truths, we reclaim ownership of our time, our labor, and ultimately, ourselves. #btc #bitcoin image
Family is how I find meaning in the drudgery of repetitive and mind numbing fiat mining.
Algocracy: The Rise of Algorithmic Government Control We are hurtling toward a future dominated not by elected officials or even bureaucrats, but by algorithms—algocracy. This is a system where decisions about our lives, rights, and freedoms are increasingly handed over to opaque code running on centralized servers. Algorithms decide who gets access to resources, who gets surveilled, and who is marginalized, all without transparency, accountability, or the possibility of meaningful challenge. The danger here is profound. Algorithms don’t have empathy or ethics; they optimize for efficiency and control, often reinforcing existing biases and power structures under the guise of objectivity. Once governance is automated, the human element—the very core of justice and democracy—is lost. This is a quiet coup, not with guns, but with lines of code. But there is a way out. Bitcoin offers an escape hatch from algocracy’s looming shadow. By providing a decentralized, permissionless monetary system free from algorithmic gatekeepers, Bitcoin empowers individuals to reclaim sovereignty over their wealth and transactions. It resists centralized control and censorship, standing as a beacon of autonomy in a world where control is increasingly algorithmic. In a future ruled by algorithms, Bitcoin remains a human-run, transparent protocol — a digital refuge for freedom and self-sovereignty. Understanding this is critical: if we do not fight for decentralization, we risk handing over our lives to the cold logic of machines. #Bitcoin image
They break the laws they swear to uphold—launder money, lie under oath, wage illegal wars, molest children and weaponize surveillance. When caught, nothing happens. No prison, no justice, just a press conference and a promotion. Meanwhile, you miss a tax filing, protest the wrong thing, or try to live freely, and the system grinds you down. There are two sets of laws: one for them—the untouchable elite—and one for you—the expendable citizen. The system isn’t broken; it’s rigged, and it’s working exactly as intended. Voting won’t fix this. They own the parties, the courts, the media, and the money printer. You're not choosing your leaders—you're choosing your flavor of obedience. The answer isn’t reform. It’s exit. Withdraw your consent. Stop feeding the machine and start building outside of it. Bitcoin is the infrastructure of that new system —money without middlemen, rules without rulers. It doesn’t care about your identity, your politics, or your passport. It’s not just a currency; it’s a lifeboat. In a world of censorship, inflation, and surveillance, Bitcoin offers sovereignty. Let the corrupt legacy systems rot. We're not trying to save them anymore. We’re building something better. Fix your money, and you fix your future. Exit the system. Enter Bitcoin. #Bitcoin image
Pristine collateral refers to financial assets or securities used as collateral that are of the highest quality, free from any encumbrances, defects, or prior claims. In other words, pristine collateral is clean, unencumbered, and reliable — making it very attractive for lenders or counterparties because it offers strong security and minimal risk of dispute or loss.
Most people don’t change their minds because you hit them with facts. They change because you make them feel something. So when you're orange pilling someone, don’t just talk about blocks, halvings, or supply caps. Dramatize it. Tell the story of the Venezuelan father who couldn't afford bread one month, but held a bit of Bitcoin and fed his family the next. Describe the moment someone scanned a QR code in a war zone and received help instantly, no bank, no borders, just freedom. Show them the human heartbeat of Bitcoin. Make them see that this isn’t just code — it’s rebellion, it’s sovereignty, it’s hope. You’re not pitching an asset. You’re igniting a revolution. #Bitcoin image
You control your keys, not the market. Like Marcus Aurelius said: “You have power over your mind — not outside events.” Stack sats. Stay calm. Run your node. #Bitcoin image
"What need is there to run to the goal, since the prize is not won without toil? Fortune makes men strong by contesting with them; she tests them, and only then confers her gifts. If you have never encountered adversity, you do not know what you might have become." - Seneca Without challenges, we never truly discover our potential or what we’re capable of becoming. It’s through overcoming adversity that strength and character are forged.
npub⚡️: Just tapped into Hoponomics by Civil Society Brewing 🍻 This 9.5% hazy imperial NEIPA is economic freedom in a glass—layered with Golden Promise malt, wheat, and oats for that creamy mouthfeel that hits like a well-secured multisig. Hopped to the stratosphere with Citra, Riwaka, Galaxy, Nelson, Mosaic, and Citra Cryo—this thing’s as decentralized as a network of cyber hornets. Notes of overripe mango, passionfruit, and that dank southern hemisphere diesel vibe. Final verdict? Pure hop alpha. Don’t trust—verify... on your own palate. #Bitcoin #SelfSovereignty #ProofOfHops #HazyIPA #NEIPA image
Let the Weak Fall — That’s How the System Gets Stronger** In Bitcoin, we don’t fear failure — we depend on it. When weak hands capitulate during market crashes, when overleveraged schemes blow up, when unsustainable businesses vanish — that’s not a bug. That’s how Bitcoin sheds fragility. It’s how signal rises from noise. This idea goes deeper than markets. It’s nature. It’s antifragility. When parts of a system fail, the system learns, adapts, evolves. You see it in mining. Inefficient miners get priced out during bear markets — only the strongest survive. The network doesn’t collapse; it gets leaner, more secure. You see it in custody. Every hack and rug pull teaches us the cost of trust — and pushes us toward self-sovereignty, cold storage, and education. You see it in fiat: constant intervention to "save the system" creates a bloated, fragile monster — one that can’t tolerate stress. In Bitcoin, we embrace stress. It’s how we grow. Bitcoin isn’t just digital money. It’s an antifragile system. Individual parts — exchanges, protocols, projects — can fail. And should fail. What survives is stronger. That’s how open systems evolve. Let the weak burn. The network gets stronger. HODL. Learn. Build. Repeat. #Bitcoin image
"We suffer more often in imagination than in reality." — Seneca. We often panic over price dips, FUD, or news cycles, but most of that fear is imagined, not real. Volatility is part of the journey, and Stoic thinking reminds us to stay grounded. Bitcoin rewards patience and long-term conviction, not emotional reactions. Zoom out, trust the fundamentals, and remember: peace of mind comes from clarity, not constant checking. HODL with reason, not fear. #Bitcoin image
When it comes to orange-pilling, one of the most powerful principles from “How to Win Friends and Influence People” is to let the idea be theirs. People are far more likely to commit to an idea when they believe they came up with it themselves. As Bitcoiners, our instinct is often to explain, to teach, to correct—but real persuasion happens when we ask the right questions and create space for others to connect the dots. Instead of preaching about fiat or hard money, try asking, “What do you think happens if inflation keeps accelerating?” When someone reaches their own conclusions, they’re more likely to trust them, defend them, and act on them. Orange-pilling isn’t about winning arguments—it’s about guiding discovery. #Bitcoin image
"No man is free who is not master of himself." — Epictetus Bitcoin is more than sound money—it's a mindset. In a world driven by impulse and inflation, Bitcoiners choose discipline, delay gratification, and think in decades, not days. True freedom isn’t found in chasing short-term gains, but in mastering yourself and your time preference. #Bitcoin image
One of the most effective ways to orange pill someone isn’t by lecturing or dominating the conversation—it’s by listening. Let the other person talk. Ask open-ended questions like, “What do you think about the current financial system?” or “Have you ever wondered why inflation feels like theft?” Questions like these invite people to share their own experiences, emotions, and insights. When someone feels heard, they become more open—not just to you, but to new ideas that challenge the status quo. As Bitcoiners, our job isn’t to convince—it’s to create space for curiosity. When you offer thoughtful responses and resist the urge to interrupt or "win" the conversation, people start to connect the dots themselves. That’s when the orange pill really takes hold. People don’t want to be told what to think—they want to discover it on their own terms. So remember: we don’t convert people to Bitcoin. We listen, we engage, and we give them the freedom to reach their own conclusions. #Bitcoin image
