I have tremendous sympathy and appreciation for farmers, especially those in California surviving despite all odds (I’m speaking from experience) However, the agriculture industry is addicted to the drug addiction of fiat money. Instead of demanding more subsidies to keep dairies alive, why aren’t we asking what are the causes making farming so unprofitable that they couldn’t survive without government subsidies?
