I just found out the organizations responsible for administering the CPA exam and creating the qualifications/standards for licensure finally implemented an app to streamline all their processes. here I was thinking they were gonna be revolutionary and go against the grain 😂😂😂 I should have lowered my expectations given they didn’t allow the use of the calculator till 1994.

I believe in god, I enjoy learning about different faiths, I love spirituality, I love astrology, etc. but we need to keep church and state separate. It is un- American to change that. Prayer is intimate, private, and extremely personal. I’d hate to see kids memorizing prayers by force by their stressed out teacher. It pushes people away from accepting meaningful and intentional peace into their lives. The concept of a higher being meets people where they’re at because faith is not about rigid conformity, it’s about waking up.

100% of my classes this quarter are online, which is nice, but I genuinely would have liked to partially be in a classroom to meet people to be friends with tbh
