One of the biggest things in my health journey has been about understanding how to manage my hormones and how it affects my overall well being. & obviously I go down sideways rabbit holes all the time. I’ve never taken hormones aside from BC years ago. I thought this was interesting.
“Most participants (81.9%) were currently taking hormones. Participants attributed testosterone use to new sexual behaviours among 69% of transmen, changes in sexual attractions (49%), and increased frequency of sexual activity (72%).”
I’m curious as to what the effects are for men (and maybe some women(?)) who take T for bodybuilding purposes.
