I don’t know how many people or if people understand the level of technological acceleration and growth we’ve witnessed in 1-2 years. This tells me I’m living in my own tech bubble. I firmly believe the 2020 protests or the ones prior cannot be replicated in today’s world. People will always mobilize for whatever cause they want, but it’s a completely different game with the technology we have on hand. Hate to say it, but whomever embraces the tools and see it fit to their needs and can fully and completely be confident in being at the wheel, instead of the other way around, will win. I think this is for any application. I might be making fun of the protestors setting waymos ablaze, but if people continue riding the wave of anti-ai, anti- tech, Idk what to say. The best way to have a nuanced (and maybe neutral) perspective on immigration is traveling or moving. If you are able to, travel as much as you can.
