I don’t like taking photos of myself and sharing them tbh but this has been my preferred “professional” photo, no one knows I took it as I was walking in a parking lot 🤣
The eclipse just happened, we’re still in Venus retrograde and Mercury retrograde is about to start. Take it easy and be safe. We’re not out of the clear until after tax season.
Rising medical costs aren’t the only thing outrageous in America. Vet costs are too. I’m grateful to be in the presence of any doctor - human or animal, but the high costs aren’t sustainable.
Medical tourism is the most fascinating thing in the world to me. Luckily I’m relatively healthy so I’ve not needed it but I think it’s such a great alternative.
I have never tried this service, but this is such a great alternative. I do wonder if the recent changes at the border (regarding American citizens crossing to Mexico, to simply record and state their intention for coming in) will change their services in the long run. Nonetheless, this is wonderful
Backpacking and camping and hiking and knowing when to come home from a solo trip from Tijuana are my most precious skills as a Southern Californian tbh. Don’t let Hollywood fool you. There’s more of us out here 🤣
I feel weird, keeping my cat’s ashes in a box for all of eternity.
In normal Scorpio and eighth house fashion , I had to find different ways to celebrate her life
1. I’m incorporating a small portion of her ashes into a fruit tree.
2. I am repotting my snake plant and she will be the baby snake plants.
3. I want to turn her ashes into glass memorial art. I found out those ashes to diamond labs weren’t legit. However, it would have been cool to turn her into a ring.
4. I am holding a spreading the ashes on the beach (w legal permission lmao) prayer/ritual
Mondays are for Sora
Yesterday marks 2 weeks since my cat Sora passed away. I feel like there are a lot of “firsts” w Sora. Aside from grief, all the people I’ve interacted w/ to make this process much better have been incredibly compassionate.
The day she passed away, I went to the beach. We finally got her ashes back in this wooden, rose carved box. So, I took her with me as I went to the beach yesterday.
Didn’t scatter ashes or anything like that because I learned that I have to schedule an appointment with whoever runs the state beach park lol
