Canada is pushing up retirement age to 70 & 75 for federal pensions 💀 Not by reducing old age payments, but by not increasing them properly and only able to attain the increases in payments later. Yet people voted for it it droves... I don't get it 😵‍💫 but that's what Canadians voted for, and got it. AND at the same time the government is pushing #MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying) government sponsored suicide program. A connection? Maybe... 🤷‍♂️

The longer you wait to use CPP and OAS, the more you could earn monthly. But with the recent boosts, is it more tempting to use these benefits?

If it wasn't for #Bitcoin I'd be malnourished, and probably dead from the #MAiD program when I still lived depressed in #Canada. It was the gateway to learn about a proper human diet, and enabled me to be able to afford an appropriate carnivore diet. Then I learned about (infinitely) better countries to live in. Life can take surprising turns for the better sometimes.

Being #Debt free is one of the most liberating state of being one can experience. Sadly most will never have this experience. #Bitcoin
