Is it just me or are the relays struggling more in the last day or two? Even the usual paid relays are throwing errors for me. Meanwhile a bunch of npubs are unfindable by my clients and many notes aren't loading.

#[0] Please reconsider the Amethyst auto translation and settings UI.
* It frequently guesses wrong the source language. This cannot be fixed.
* I frequently want to turn translation off and back on while viewing a note. Your current UI gives the option of "Never" but that causes the translation menu to disappear entirely so you can't turn it back on for that source language.
* Please add a Translate toggle button to every not. Hiding it in the right context menu along with the reporting options is good enough.
* Please add a global settings menu for translation settings.
** Option to globally turn off auto translation. I guarantee you many users want the opposite of the default. Please make this possible.
** Review and change individual language settings.
*** Since selection of "Never" it becomes impossible to change back because the menu had gone missing.
*** You currently have no way to translate notes of a language where you have an installed keyboard. The user should be able to override. Guessing from system settings or installed keyboards is not always correct to what the user wants.
Summary: I want want a global option to turn off auto translation. I rather hit a translate button on each post when I want a machine translation. I want that translate to be togglable on and off in-situ while viewing each note.
As a language learner I have the Japanese keyboard installed but I don't understand half the words so on demand translation toggle is desired but currently impossible. I am not learning Spanish and auto translation tends to be better for European languages so I would be OK with opting in to Always translate from Spanish.
These are the minimum changes where I would consider Amethyst to be usable. I'm sorry. The rest of the client is excellent work but the auto translation part is infuriating and based on mistaken assumptions. The user should be able to have precise control per language. The client currently thinks it knows better and guesses wrong from system settings without giving options to override.

I hate that I can't unlike or unboost. It's too easy to hit those buttons by accident.
