Speaking of waves... ocean motions sure seem to come naturally to some math nerds. Keep plugging at way at the #1 mission.

People get consumed with becoming a “great” person—so enamored with their supposed brilliance that they convince themselves they’re exempt from the work of being a good person like the rest of us.
As if their breakthrough idea or world-altering technology is the only fix that matters.
But without good people, what exactly is this “better world” they claim to be building? And where do they imagine themselves fitting into it?
If the entire mission boils down to defeating some rival—whether a government, an oligarch, a billionaire, or a cypherpunk—and they’ve abandoned any moral compass along the way, how different are they from the enemy they’re trying to beat?
Perhaps they're just a shitbag fighting a dickwad, each convinced they’re the hero in their own story.
I didn't mean ducking. You know it's not ducking. It's NEVER ducking.
I don't have a zero inbox but I keep it pretty clean, 15 or less.
The oldest one is from many moons ago to a certain "Jewel Moppet"

Talking into the void is nice. A good opportunity to express unpopular opinions.
S6 Buffy is my favorite. Buffy is honestly my least fave character (well except for Dawn obvi - RIP Michelle).
S6 Buffy is a badass. A lost, sad, girl living in the same world she always has, but feeling the feels most of us go through at some point. She's out there saving the world while suffering from the consequences of acting on bad relationship choices, realizing all the love of her friends can't make her love herself, and dealing with a bad guy who is just a guy doing bad things (humans are the worst). Simulation or not, she chooses her best life in the end.
Sometimes we are hit with the realization life will not be the heaven we imagined. We can wallow in the waiting place hoping to be proven wrong, or we can move forward to a new season of life.
Me, I'm over here living my best season and thankful I have the wisdom and family support to know which plot points are just filler episodes - but my heart does hurt a little for those girls of all ages who are still struggling to build the most valuable systems in life.
"Ballet is hard, y'all." -my dance teacher tonight.
As hard as ballet is, I'll choose 100 battements to "Golden" over the mental escapades of this week so far.
