Just got my blood test results. Triglycerides 53 Hdl 62 Ldl 311 The doctor kinda freaked out seeing all my other measurements are exellent but my ldl is 'through the roof' and 'highest I've ever seen' She sat me though a lecture on how ldl is the bad cholesterol and hdl is the good kind and that I shouldn't be healthy or even alive with this reading. I did not tell her that I'm on a carnivore-ish diet and this is a perfectly normal reading. I figured it wasn't worth it and just smiled. As Paul Saladino usually says "there're no bad cholesterol, only bad information." Well, I got my numbers, blood sugar is curiously high which I'll need to look into but all is very good.
