After more than seven years of having stopped drinking coffee, about a month ago I returned to the “vice” 😉
Today it is about exclusive selections, starting with the quality of the water and the coffee I use to make it. I'm not talking about a “Café-Crema” or a “Cappuccino”, nor about a “Café-Shale” or “Café-Lungo”, nor about a “Latte-Macchiato”, a “Ristretto” or a “Kopi-Luwak.” But of a “Esstretto.”
The experience and physical-temperamental evolution of human bodies is always individual. In this case, thanks to water with a level of 5 ppm (part per million) and a dedicated search to select a delicious espresso coffee of strength between 4 and 5, with the “organic and vegan” labels and a light sprinkle of vanilla, they are the “magic” ingredients for this delicious 4 cl (40 ml) creation. Produced in a “French-Press” type glass container, with a stainless steel press.
