Remember that mastering the fundamentals will always overcome short-sighted tactical tweaks in the long run.

The truth… it’s hard. Focus on the fundamentals.


One thing about having very few connections - it’s much easier to keep up with everyone.
I see this all the time - podcasters focusing on the slight edge and forgetting about the fundamentals.
Here’s the hard truth - publishing Tuesday (or any other day) instead of the weekend won’t help grow your audience if the content isn’t great or you are inconsistent with publishing.
I know this first-hand. Believe me.
Focus on getting the content right and serving your audience before you obsess over things like publishing days.
