What percent of two typical people’s knowledge is overlapping? How interested are we in learning something new from a typical stranger?

When i do a breath practice that really gets me in a state where my mind is blank, i will almost always see a shiny image that reminds me of a jacks game piece. Anyone have any clue what it may mean or have a similar experience when meditating? It may just be a shiny star shape that i envision in the center of blackness, but it has this shape.

It would be useful to me to understand what forgiveness is and how exactly to do it with intention.
