Mellow energy day. No wind. The air just sitting thick with heat and saltwater.

I personally depend on men to protect, build, and lead. Destroying a strong man and father is dangerous and devastating for everyone. I do not know what has happened to some women who cannot acknowledge this.

I look around my neighborhood and at the beach today. People like me enjoying their Sunday, busy with family, church, chores. This is the constant hum of real life.
